A group exhibition of artworks by 140 artists, many whom attended the Art for Takayna artist residency in April 2025. Artists were assigned to one of five camps spread throughout the Takayna wilderness in areas which are threatened by logging and mining activities.
These areas of old growth forest are home to many threatened species of plants and animals. The entire Takayna wilderness needs to be protected and gazetted as a World Heritage site. The Bob Brown Foundation is actively working towards raising people’s awareness of these amazing places and taking action to ensure these places are protected for future generations.
