How do you birth the future you want to see? For me it started with painting goats. Not any old goats, but my British Alpine goats we had in Victoria. Looking for inspiration? You have everything already inside of you. This is what I remembered when I went on a research trip down the rabbit holes of the internet. What I was really looking for was in my own imagination, a journey back to myself.
The Marigold Antidote, it’s medicine for the soul when it feels weary and is suffering from general malaise. Finding joy in the day is the active ingredient. Like marigolds in flower, that sunny splash or orange inspires painting and writing. Creative antidotes to pandemic days.
