These works form the final project for my Masters in Arts & Place which is a response to the complexities of ‘the field’ as a place of practice, exploring its imaginative as well as material processes.

Art of Place ~ mapping #5 sites in Pottsville

My major project to complete the MA Arts and Place program at Dartington Arts School in Devon, United Kingdom through Plymouth University. This MA program was a series of artist residencies where students interacted with ‘place’ through field-based research.

For this final project my field based research was conducted near my home in Pottsville, New South Wales, Australia. A book with photographs and poems on each site can be accessed via the site pictures below.
