Print +Paper+Book was a series of artist book workshops held in collaboration with artist Jo Olive.
Each workshop referenced one of the four elements, with a relevant printing technique and book structure.
The River book workshop used cyanotype mark making in a woven book structure, referencing the flow of water.
Potatoes from the earth were used to create prints on rusted and ink stained papers. These were made into a stitched artist book.
In mid winter the fire was on, the billy boiling and ash used to create sooty fire prints. Paper was burnt and marked with sparklers (gunpowder prints).
