Water
artworks created as a sonic landscape of water, paper pulp and birdsong
Research conducted into the sounds made during the process of making paper for my BVA Honours project Paper Song
For this research, the sound of water dripping from a mould during the papermaking process was recorded. This sound was slowed down and played into water on a latex covered speaker.
The fractal type images were photographed and turned into a series of screenprinted and collaged artworks .
